Is there a way to launch a script/app upon wakeup from hibernation ? (well, it's Linux, so I'm sure there's a way, I haven't found it

I'm looking for either a generic Linux way or a Gnome/KDE specific way. For instance I had a look at the KDE 'autostart', but it only has options for Startup, Shutdown and Pre-KDE.

Is the answer with /etc/pm/sleep.d or /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d ?
