System updates fully applied, but it happens ... so no old kernel.
Same trouble with an ATI integrated card and Ubuntu 10.04 & 10.10 (9.10 works ok), even with OpenSuse.
But Mandriva works smoothly on 2010.1 and previous! What is doing good the old and deprecated...
My computer screen freezes frequently, the frozen time is about 5 minutes but the computer continues working, it's only the screen. Graphics card is an ATI X200 series integrated in mother board....
Acer don't like Linux? But how it is possible that something works on old versions and does't work on the newest? Don't you think someone at kernel team has touched something he musn't?
Don't buy the "Linux compatible" Zaapa usb tuner (as announced on it box). It's a piece of crap.
